Please complete the following foster application. Please be sure to fill out this application completely. This will help to insure that the foster animal(s) are a match for you. We review applications as we get them. If you do not hear back from a member of AFF within 3 days of submitting your application, your application was denied and no further contact will be made. 1.	Foster application steps: 1) Animal Friends Furever, Inc. will review your application as soon as possible, usually within 3 days. If we have additional questions, they will either be e-mailed to you or you will receive a phone call from a member of AFF. 2) Vet and personal references will be checked. If your application is tentatively approved, a member of AFF will call you to set up a house check date. (NOTE: your application can still be denied after the house check is complete.) 3) The last part of the foster process consists of a member of AFF coming to your home for the contract signing in which you agree to certain conditions (keeping in touch with AFF on the animals' progress, taking animal(s) for veterinary care when needed, allowing an AFF member to visit your home as often as they see fit, using only AFF'S training methods with your foster animal(s), never under any circumstances releasing an AFF animal(s) to anyone other then an AFF member. 58.	As a foster(s) for Animal Friends Furever Inc. you will be solely responsible for the conduct of your foster animal(s) and for any damage to persons and or property which the animal(s) may cause while he/she is in your care. Foster(s) shall indemnify and save harmless Animal Friends Furever, Inc. from any claim or lawsuit arising from or out of the actions of the aforesaid animal(s), foster(s) or third party with respect to or on account of said animal(s).
