21.	Transportation is one of the primary responsibilities of a foster parent. Are you able to provide transportation to and from our adoption centers, events, vet clinic, and to meet with other volunteers? Locations are literally ALL over the valley and we often have very little notice, so you MUST be flexible and accommodating. Yes No
22.	Are you able to ensure a healthy caviary by spot cleaning during the week and completely changing bedding and disinfecting the cage once a week? Yes No

24.	Special Needs Qualifying Information - These questions are helpful in determining who is qualified and willing to foster cavies with specific needs. Please check ALL items that you are willing and able to provide: Oral and topical medications? Sows on pregnancy watch, through whelping and weaning? Boars with anal impaction that require expression and cleansing of the perineal sac? Animals with potentially zoonotic illnesses like ringworm? Keep detailed records of any medical treatments and care given? Do you have a separate area or room in your home where you can quarantine the cavies?
